People's Army Cinema affirms that any act of copying, releasing, showing, excerpting, cutting or using images and sounds of the feature film "Red Rain" without permission is a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws.
These actions not only infringe upon the legitimate ownership rights of the Ministry of National Defense , but also negatively affect the political and artistic values and humanistic messages of the work; at the same time, damage the efforts and dedication of the collective of artists, soldiers and creative crew who have devoted themselves to the film.
People's Army Cinema requests that audiences and the cinema-loving community not watch, share, or spread illegally posted versions of the film "Red Rain."
The producer of the film "Red Rain" also hopes that the audience will join hands to protect intellectual property rights, respect creative values and preserve the good image of People's Army Cinema.
All official information about the release and screening of the movie "Red Rain" will be updated on the official media channels of the People's Army Cinema.
People's Army Cinema hopes to continue to receive the companionship, sharing and support of the audience so that "Red Rain" can spread more widely the humanistic values, national pride and spirit of Vietnamese soldiers.
This is not the first time the crew of the film "Red Rain" has had to speak up because of copyright infringement.
