According to local residents, traffic jams often occur at the Nguyen Tat Thanh - Phuoc Long - Vo Van Kiet intersection (near Binh Tan bridge, Nha Trang city), especially during rush hour.

Regarding this issue, the leader of the Department of Construction said that the Nguyen Tat Thanh - Phuoc Long - Vo Van Kiet intersection is a complicated intersection, so the department has sent a document to the Nha Trang City People's Committee requesting to add it to the Nha Trang City Road Traffic Development and Organization Project until 2030, with a vision to 2040, to have a plan to renovate and resolve the shortcomings. In addition, in 2024, the Provincial People's Committee has issued a document agreeing in principle to install traffic lights at this intersection. Nha Trang City People's Committee is completing the documents to install traffic lights to resolve traffic congestion here.
