The Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park Service Office Complex in Quang Yen Town has a total investment of 5 million USD. After 14 months of construction, all construction items have been completed. This is an office model built and deployed according to sustainable criteria, aiming to reduce CO2 emissions to the environment, meeting international standards for green buildings. In addition, the Service Office Complex includes full high-quality accompanying utilities.

Accordingly, with its special potentials and advantages, Quang Ninh has attracted over 200 foreign direct investment projects from 20 countries and territories with a total investment capital of over 16 billion USD, including many investors from the European Union.

The total planned area of the projects is nearly 1,700 hectares with a total investment capital of over 400 million USD. These are industrial parks oriented to develop according to the model of ecological, modern industrial parks according to Vietnamese and EU standards. Up to now, these 2 industrial parks have attracted nearly 3 billion USD in investment capital. Quang Ninh province is also supporting investors in site clearance, completing industrial park infrastructure and attracting secondary investment projects.
