People give comments on draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress on VNeID

On the afternoon of October 15, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held an international press conference to announce the Draft Documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party to collect public opinions.

Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Lai Xuan Mon, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, said that at the 13th Central Party Committee Conference, the Central Committee met and decided on many important tasks, including approving and emphasizing the importance of the draft document to be submitted to the 14th Congress.

The Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission assessed that this is the core content, directly related to the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, associated with rapid, sustainable development, and improving people's lives.

According to Mr. Lai Xuan Mon, the 13th Central Party Executive Committee Conference also affirmed that the process of building and preparing documents was carried out meticulously, carefully, updated, revised, and supplemented many times; along with that, the design was innovative, scientific , concise, and substantial.

The 13th Central Committee Conference also directed to continue to supplement and perfect the document to make it concise and profound, demonstrating strategic vision and breakthroughs in new conditions of institutions, infrastructure and human resources; at the same time clarifying the contents of digital transformation, green transformation, regional connectivity, smart cities, etc.

On that basis, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission officially announced the full text of the draft documents submitted to the Congress and announced the time for collecting public opinions.

Specifically: First, the draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee presented to the 14th National Congress of the Party, titled: "Under the glorious flag of the Party, join hands and unite to successfully achieve the country's development goals by 2030: strategic autonomy, self-reliance, self-confidence, and strong progress in the era of national growth, for peace , independence, democracy, wealth, prosperity, civilization, happiness, and steady progress towards socialism."

Second, the draft report summarizes a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam.

Third, the draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025) and proposing and guiding the supplementation and amendment of the Party Charter.

The process of collecting opinions from National Assembly deputies, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio -political organizations, mass organizations, officials, party members and people will take place from October 15 to November 15.

Regarding the form of collecting opinions, Mr. Lai Xuan Mon said it was carried out through 3 forms: Organizing to collect opinions through conferences, seminars, and discussions; through the VNeID application and through mail.

He assessed that the publication and solicitation of comments from all walks of life on draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress aimed to gather and promote the people's intelligence and mastery, and to contribute to the Party in formulating important guidelines, policies and decisions for the country; contributing to improving the quality of documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

Along with that, it is necessary to consolidate and foster people's trust in the Party, making the Party's ideas conform to the people's will, thereby creating high unity in awareness, action and determination, so that the entire Party, people and army can successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.

Draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress to collect comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members and people include: - Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th National Party Congress;

- Draft Action Program of the Party Central Committee to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party (attached with the Political Report);

- Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam;

- Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025) and proposals and directions for supplementing and amending the Party Charter.

Collecting comments and contributions from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members and people on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress aims to gather and promote the people's intelligence and mastery to contribute to the Party in formulating important guidelines, policies and decisions of the country, contributing to improving the quality of draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; consolidating and fostering people's trust in the Party, making the Party's ideas consistent with the people's wishes.
