Many creative ways in propagating and popularizing the law

Over the past time, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Military Region 5 Command have directed agencies and units to closely coordinate with Party committees, authorities, and local agencies, departments, and organizations to implement this Project. The units have promoted the role and responsibility of prestigious people in the community to propagate and mobilize people to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, and the State's laws, contributing to raising awareness, sense of law observance, and discipline among cadres, soldiers, and people.

All levels have well organized clubs and mobile legal advisory teams in remote, isolated and extremely disadvantaged areas; promoted the local broadcasting system, mobile propaganda loudspeakers in crowded places, combined legal propaganda in the tasks of the Armed Forces of Military Region 5... In addition, through the model of "Soldiers' psychological and legal advisory team", "Learning one law each week", propaganda work has been carried out in many forms of dramatization, in ethnic minority languages, meeting the political and spiritual needs of cadres, soldiers and people.

Delegates exchange on the sidelines of the conference

Agencies and units have coordinated to organize 2,000 sessions of propaganda, dissemination and legaleducation for more than 400,000 people in the area; organized 375 competitions, seminars and exchanges with more than 76,000 participants; distributed more than 35,000 legal documents and books of all kinds to people. The above-mentioned forms, models and methods have contributed to improving the effectiveness of propaganda, dissemination and legal education, and mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level.
