Information on the recall plan to replace the gear shift bolt part on the CB1000 2025 product

Honda Vietnam Company (HVN) would like to announce the plan to replace the gear shift bolt spare part for the vehicle line: CB1000 2025 manufactured in Japan, imported and distributed by HVN.

This replacement campaign is being implemented to address the issue of loose gear shift bolts during vehicle operation, affecting gear shifting while driving. This can cause inconvenience to customers and, in rare cases, may pose a potential accident risk. Currently, Honda Vietnam has not recorded any incidents affecting vehicle operation or safety.

Customers whose vehicles are affected will be informed about the replacement plan, including the location and time of replacement, from Honda DreamWing Motorcycle Dealers and authorized Honda Motorcycle Repair Shops at Honda Authorized Sales and Service Dealers (HEAD) via phone, email, or other means of communication. We are working diligently to implement the replacement campaign as soon as possible.
