This morning, about 2.2 million students of all levels in Hanoi started the new school year. The Commander of the Traffic Police Department ( Hanoi City Police) said that to support students and parents to get to school conveniently, 100% of the department's staff have been mobilized and on duty along the entire route, especially at intersections near schools. However, traffic jams still occur in some places due to the large number of vehicles participating in traffic.
