Luc Yen Volunteer Group supports flood victims in Thai Nguyen province

On October 13, Luc Yen Volunteer Group coordinated with individuals and volunteer organizations to give gifts to support people affected by storms and floods in Thai Nguyen with a total value of more than 200 million VND.

Participating in the program were Luc Yen Volunteer Group, Tham - Cam Bao Yen Volunteer Group, Lao Cai Province Red Cross Charity Heart Volunteer Club, Tam Thuan Company ( Hanoi ) and Ms. Luong Thi Kim Phuong (Tay Ho, Hanoi). The delegation went to Trang Xa commune - a locality that suffered heavy damage due to storm No. 11, to visit, encourage and give gifts to affected households.

Volunteers donated cash and rice to people affected by storm No. 11 in Trang Xa commune ( Thai Nguyen ).

According to local authorities, storm No. 11 caused prolonged heavy rain, flooding and landslides in many places in Trang Xa commune; hundreds of households and houses were affected, many properties, livestock and crops were seriously damaged.

In addition to cash support, the volunteer group also donated necessities, clothes and essential household items, helping people reduce difficulties and gradually stabilize their lives.
