Pickleball tournament auctions champion Phuc Huynh's racket to support flood victims

After 2 days of organization, on the evening of October 12, in Vung Tau ward (HCMC), the ANAFA Ho Tram open pickleball tournament for the Newtecons Sol E & C Cup 2025, organized by the ANAFA Ho Tram forum and DIC Construction Joint Stock Company No. 2, ended successfully.

The tournament gathered 250 athletes competing in 3 categories: Men's leadership doubles, mixed-women's doubles 5.0 and men's doubles 4.5.

At the tournament, the organizing committee awarded 20 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to poor households in Vung Tau ward; and 20 million VND in lighting for the military and civilians of Con Dao special zone.

The organizers auctioned the pickleball racket of Phuc Huynh - the champion of PPA Tour Asia MB Vietnam Open 2025. As a result, the racket was auctioned for 65 million VND.

This racket was brought to the ANAFA Ho Tram Open tournament by Mr. Vu Van Vinh, Deputy General Director of ZOCKER, to auction for charity.

Representative of the tournament organizing committee, Mr. Pham Ba Phuc, Head of Business Department of DIC Group said that the tournament took place on the occasion of the anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day on October 13, with the spirit of sustainable development - integration - dynamism.

"The ANAFA Ho Tram Open 2025 tournament not only has sporting significance but also aims at profound humanistic values through a series of meaningful charity activities," Mr. Phuc shared.
