On the morning of October 22, the Hai Phong City People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on the personnel work of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. Accordingly, Mr. Duong Dinh On - Chairman of the Hai An District People's Committee was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
