Mr. Pham Trung Hieu is Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Can Tho City.

Mr. Duong Tan Hien, Permanent Vice Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee, presented the appointment decision to Mr. Pham Trung Hieu.

At the ceremony, the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Can Tho City Party Committee on Mr. Pham Trung Hieu, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Thot Not District Party Committee, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Thot Not District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and transfer to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Can Tho City to take up a new assignment; announced the Decision of the Chairman of the Can Tho City People's Committee on receiving and appointing Mr. Pham Trung Hieu to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Can Tho City for a period of 5 years from the date of signing.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Duong Tan Hien, Permanent Vice Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee congratulated and hoped that Mr. Pham Trung Hieu would continue to promote his capacity, strengths and experience; study legal documents on natural resources and environment, actively learn from experience to successfully complete the assigned tasks in his new role; at the same time, work closely with the leadership of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to focus on building internal solidarity, excellently completing assigned tasks, meeting the development requirements of the city.

With this new appointment, the Board of Directors of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Can Tho City currently has: Director Mr. Do Thanh Thao; 3 Deputy Directors: Mr. Pham Nam Huan, Mr. Tran Phu Loc Thanh and Mr. Pham Trung Hieu.
