PC Thanh Hoa identifies customer service quality as one of the key factors. Customer care is not simply meeting needs but also the art of building trust and lasting value for the business.

Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa PC Hoang Duc Hau gave a speech at the training class.

Speaking at the training course, Mr. Hoang Duc Hau, Deputy Director of PC Thanh Hoa, emphasized the importance of improving communication and situation handling skills. At the same time, he said that in order to meet the increasing expectations of customers, each officer and employee needs to be sensitive in grasping needs and have the ability to respond flexibly and professionally. This is the foundation for building the image of a dedicated, modern and trustworthy PC Thanh Hoa. To achieve the highest efficiency, the Deputy Director suggested that trainees actively participate, proactively share practical experiences and always maintain a spirit of learning throughout the learning process.

Lecturers from the Northern Power Customer Care Center directly teach in the training class.

Under the instruction of lecturers from the Northern Power Customer Care Center and Thanh Hoa PC Business Department, the course conveyed many practical contents, closely following the actual work. Topics include: overview of customer care; situation of receiving and handling complaints via CRM system; direct and telephone communication skills; instructions on handling real-life situations; support in resolving service requests and surveys to assess customer satisfaction.

At the end of the course, the organizing committee will conduct an assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and application after training, ensuring training quality and the ability to apply it to practical work.
