Launching the Contest "Beautiful Photos - Impressive Videos about Southern Khanh Hoa in 2025"

On August 5, at Vinh Hy Resort, Vinh Hai Commune, Khanh Hoa Province, Ninh Thuan Tourism Association held a press conference to launch the contest "Beautiful photos - impressive videos about southern Khanh Hoa in 2025", aiming to promote the natural beauty, culture, and people of the southern region of Khanh Hoa Province (formerly Ninh Thuan) to domestic and foreign tourists.

At the press conference, Mr. Nguyen Anh Vu, Chairman of Ninh Thuan Tourism Association said: The contest aims to search for and select the best photography and video works recording the majestic natural scenery, unique tourist attractions, festivals, cuisine and the friendliness and hospitality of the local people... with high artistic value and strong inspiration to introduce tourism images of the southern region of Khanh Hoa province.

Accordingly, all Vietnamese citizens and foreigners living and working in Vietnam are eligible to register to participate. The organizers have also suggested scenic spots, blue sea - white sand - golden sunshine currently existing in the area for contestants to freely create.

The time for receiving entries is from August 5 to September 30. The announcement and award ceremony is expected to be held on October 1, 2025.

The total prize value for the first, second, third and consolation prizes is over 60 million VND, of which the prize for the first prize photography work is 10 million VND; the first prize video work is 20 million VND.

The winning works will be selected for use in promotional activities and tourism communications about the southern region of Khanh Hoa province on media, websites, promotional publications, festivals and tourism events domestically and internationally.

On this occasion, journalists visited a number of community tourism facilities in Vinh Hai commune. Many tourists expressed their satisfaction when visiting and experiencing the attractive scenery bestowed by nature and the friendliness and hospitality of the local people.

At the press conference, Ninh Thuan Tourism Association and Verify Trading and Service Company Limited signed a cooperation agreement on the online business verification project - Verify.vn, to increase transparency, enhance reputation in tourism and service activities in the southern Khanh Hoa region, and at the same time, help tourists avoid being scammed by websites when they want to travel to this region in the near future.
