The Congress reviewed and evaluated the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and decided on the directions, goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; reviewed the leadership and direction of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The congress took place in the context of Da Teh 3 commune being newly merged from My Duc and Quoc Oai communes according to Resolution No. 1671/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

The economy of Da Teh 3 commune continues to maintain a good growth rate, promoting the potential and advantages of the locality. In which, agriculture is still the main pillar of the economy . The total cultivated area of the whole commune reaches 5,945.7 hectares; the value of harvested products reaches 125 million VND/ha, an increase of 25 million VND compared to 2020.

The Socio-Economic Development Program for Ethnic Minority Areas has been implemented with attention. The total funding for crop and livestock conversion, forest management and protection, crop subsidies, science and technology transfer, and sedentarization in the 2021-2025 period has reached over 23.7 billion VND. Up to now, the lives of ethnic minorities have been improved. Cultural values have been preserved and promoted. Political security and social order and safety have been maintained.

Promoting administrative reform; building e-government, digital transformation to serve people and businesses. Implementing well the arrangement and organization of the apparatus, associated with streamlining the payroll, ensuring that by 2030, the prescribed standards are met.
