Promoting democracy in the neighborhood

On the afternoon of October 16, Mr. Pham Van Nong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Thu Dau Mot Ward (HCMC) and members inspected the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations at the Party Cell of Phu Cuong 12 residential area.

Phu Cuong 12 Ward currently has 5 residential groups with 1,619 people. According to the assessment of Thu Dau Mot Ward leaders, the people in Phu Cuong 12 Ward always promote the spirit of solidarity, diligence, creativity in labor, production, business, overcome difficulties, and build an increasingly prosperous and beautiful neighborhood.

Phu Cuong 12 Ward is highly appreciated for implementing grassroots democracy regulations.

Representatives of the Party Cell and the Neighborhood Executive Board exchanged opinions at the working session.

The inspection team recommended that the neighborhood promote solidarity and pay more attention to social security.

Through the inspection, Mr. Pham Van Nong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, highly appreciated the results that Phu Cuong 12 Ward Party Cell has achieved in the past time.

The Party Committee leaders of the ward also requested the neighborhood to continue promoting local strengths, taking care of the disadvantaged, building a civilized urban area, and uniting to well implement grassroots democracy regulations.
