The 7th Congress of Delegates of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Coal

On October 16, at the Provincial Conference Center (Ha Long Ward), the 7th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Coal took place, term 2025-2030. Attending the congress were more than 200 delegates who were outstanding cadres and youth union members representing nearly 10,000 youth union members of the Coal Union.

Comrade Nguyen Huy Nam, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee, Deputy General Director of TKV, highly appreciated the role of youth in carrying out the group's production and business tasks.

The Youth Volunteer Movement was identified as the main movement, carrying the unique colors of the youth of Quang Ninh Coal in the past term, with innovation in content, solutions, and implementation methods with nearly 3,000 youth projects and tasks, with a total benefit value of nearly 17 billion VND; the entire Union planted over 540,000 new trees; every year over 3,800 young union members and volunteers participated in blood donation, collecting 3,700 units of blood.

The Creative Youth Movement continues to be actively responded to with 10 Club models, Science and Technology Boards, 77 initiative support groups; implementing 186 topics, 2,556 technical innovation initiatives, rationalizing production, making a profit of 84.6 billion VND; contributing to increasing labor productivity, ensuring safety and improving the production and business efficiency of the unit, thereby forming a high-quality young human resource for the Group.

With the slogan of action "Quang Ninh Coal Youth Solidarity - Pioneering - Innovation - Creativity for the sustainable development of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group ", for the 2025-2030 term, the Congress has set out 7 groups of tasks, solutions and 6 groups of targets. In particular, strive for 100% of cadres and union members to study, learn, thoroughly grasp and propagate the resolutions of the Party and the Union; carry out 2,922 youth projects and tasks, the whole union has at least 200 topics and initiatives recognized by competent authorities; introduce at least 800 outstanding union members to the Party each year and have 500 or more comrades admitted by the Party.

The Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Coal, term VII, 2025-2030, was introduced.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Coal, term VII, 2025-2030, consisting of 23 members. Mr. Hoang Viet Phuong, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Coal Youth Union, term VI, was elected by the Congress to continue to hold the position of Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Coal, term VII, 2025-2030. The Congress also elected 16 delegates to attend the 13th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh province, term 2025-2030.
