Improve professional skills in land management for commune and ward officials

DNO - On the morning of October 17, the Department of Agriculture and Environment held a training conference to provide professional guidance on land registration, granting certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land; and some related land contents according to decentralization and decentralization in Da Nang city.

The conference was organized in person and online to communes, wards and branches of Land Registration Offices in the areas.

Accordingly, commune and ward officials are guided on new points related to land registration and issuance of land use right certificates according to the 2024 Land Law and related guiding decrees according to decentralization and delegation.

In particular, focusing on analyzing and discussing a number of contents in Decree No. 151/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025 regulating the decentralization of authority of 2-level local governments, decentralization, and amended and supplemented by Decree No. 226/2025/ND-CP (effective from August 15, 2025).

The conference clarified difficulties and obstacles in land registration, granting certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land; some contents on land management related to decentralization and decentralization in each locality...
