Mr. Tuan believes that the characteristic of the cultural industry's human resources is the high creativity factor. "We need many agencies, sectors, and media to participate in forums to read information, share articles... Human resource development needs to start early, when children are young. The young generation will help form the force and human resources for the next generation," the Deputy Director of the Copyright Office shared.

Singer Hoa Minzy shared her personal perspective when recounting her journey into art. The singer said she was born in the countryside of Bac Ninh , and had a passion for singing and wanted to be a singer since she was young. However, she did not have the opportunity to receive early training. "Do re mi fa sol la si do was not enough for me to get into a conservatory or art school. Getting into an art school requires talent, then music appreciation, rhythm, recording, and solfege. Someone born in the countryside like me did not know any of that. I remember I was the second best in the entrance exam because of my ability, but only got 2 points in solfege," she shared.

From her personal experience, Hoa Minzy emphasized the need to include art subjects in primary and secondary schools, creating opportunities for children to nurture their talents. The female singer said that rural factors are no less important than urban factors, and she is willing to assist music teachers at schools to support and inspire children.

Sharing the same opinion with Hoa Minzy, singer ST Son Thach also hopes that schools will soon implement art subjects for students. "I am willing to be a teaching assistant like Hoa Minzy. In the past, I also participated in teaching at many schools. When I went to some training facilities, I saw that schools were gradually implementing compulsory art subjects for students. The dream of developing Vietnam's cultural industry is completely feasible," said the male singer.

From a management perspective, Mr. Nguyen Tan Kiet, Head of the Department of Arts Management (Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City), expressed his opinion that Ho Chi Minh City has been attracting and encouraging the training of human resources for the cultural industry. "Ho Chi Minh City always creates the most favorable conditions possible, providing guidance on documents and laws, creating conditions for artists to participate in creativity in both performing arts and cinema," Mr. Kiet emphasized.

VIETNAMESE IDENTITY IN CULTURAL INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT

Discussing this issue, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diem, Deputy Head of the Department of Science - Culture - Arts (Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee), said: "The identity already exists, the cultural industry already exists, the identity in the cultural industry also already exists. Thanks to the creativity of artists and producers, who have been pioneering the way for the past 20 years, we now have producers and artists who have initially succeeded in bringing Vietnamese identity to the world . Natural selection or public reception helps artists realize that in order to create works that are widely disseminated and supported by the audience, Vietnamese culture must be taken as the standard."

Meanwhile, Associate Professor Dr. Phan Bich Ha believes that in the modern media era, artists must know how to communicate cultural products. At the same time, it is necessary to focus on foreign languages because foreign languages are the key to opening the door to the world. "In my opinion, identity is not something far away but the memories and behaviors in the daily lives of Vietnamese people. Therefore, we need to pay attention to those small, everyday things and skillfully incorporate them into cultural products," Associate Professor Dr. Phan Bich Ha commented.

As a professional, singer Noo Phuoc Thinh believes that the wave of cultural exchange is a good opportunity for Vietnam to approach and leave an impression on international friends. However, the singer emphasized that preservation and conservation should be given top priority, because "if the culture is not strong, it will easily fade and blend in". Noo Phuoc Thinh believes that there needs to be a way to pass on, promote and encourage the younger generation to incorporate elements of Vietnamese cultural identity into musical products. At the same time, a methodical, specific and clear strategy is also needed to spread the traditional national identity. According to the male singer, it is necessary to take advantage of the development of technology and social networks to bring Vietnamese national identity, traditional culture and traditional subjects to everyone.

Next, the representative of the producer DTAP mentioned the performances Buôn Trăng and Rock Hạt Cơo brought by singer Phương Mỹ Chi to the Sing! Asia 2025 competition. The group made a new arrangement to create a performance that is both traditional and modern. The producer DTAP said: "The combination of cultural identity and art creates a unique "dish" that everyone still likes, bringing certain effectiveness".
