Drifting through the clouds

Inspired by a deep love for his homeland, the music video "Wandering Through the Clouds" is a journey home for a son of Nghe An, witnessing the changes in his hometown through the houses, the eyes of children, the melodies of the flute, and the smiles of the people in the highlands.

The author, SẮC VIỆT MEDIA, presents the video " Wandering Through the Clouds, " filmed in Nghe An province, Vietnam. "Wandering Through the Clouds" is a music video that aims to spread the beauty of nature, culture, and people in Western Nghe An – a land rich in tradition, full of identity, and overflowing with human warmth. This video was also submitted by the author to the "Happy Vietnam 2025" award .

The music video (MV) is a journey home for a son of Nghe An province, witnessing the changes in his homeland through the houses, the eyes of children, the melodies of the flute, and the smiles of the people in the highlands. It's also a gathering place for friends from afar – kindred spirits who share love and give meaningful gifts to students in disadvantaged areas. With the participation of over 100 people, filmed over 7 days in the highlands of Nghe An province, the work not only reflects the beauty of Vietnam's natural landscape but also demonstrates the spirit of solidarity and connection between communities, contributing to promoting the image of a happy, humane, and developing Vietnam.

We invite readers and photographers from Vietnam and abroad to continue submitting their photos and videos to participate in the "Happy Vietnam 2025" Award. The award is organized by... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and Vietnam Television, organized this event . The aim was to continue introducing and promoting the image of Vietnam, its people, cultural values, and natural beauty throughout the country; to awaken national pride and self-respect, and to inspire a desire for development among all segments of the Vietnamese population, so that they can work together to build a more prosperous, thriving, and happy Vietnam.

Submission deadline: From May 22, 2025 to September 30, 2025. Entries can be submitted online at : https://happy.vietnam.vn  

Eligible participants: Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and above.

The awards consist of two categories: photos and videos.

Each competition category (photos and videos) will have one First Prize worth VND 50,000,000, two Second Prizes worth VND 30,000,000, three Third Prizes worth VND 15,000,000, ten Consolation Prizes worth VND 5,000,000, and one Most Voted Award worth VND 5,000,000.

The organizers encourage and will award a creative prize of VND 20,000,000 in each category (photos and videos) to works with new and creative ideas in terms of content and presentation.

In addition, the organizing committee will award monthly prizes, including first, second, and third prizes, to the works with the highest number of votes in each category each month.

The judging panel selected the winners through two rounds of preliminary and final judging, conducted both online and in person.
