Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province Pham Thi Phuc attended the Party Congress of Bao Lam 3 commune

On July 28, the first Congress of the Party Committee of Bao Lam 3 Commune for the 2025-2030 term was successfully held. Comrade Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong Province attended and directed the Congress.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, comrade Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province presented flowers and a banner to congratulate the Congress.

Also attending the Congress were comrade Da Cat Vinh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of departments and branches, and 240 delegates representing 556 party members from 46 grassroots party organizations.

Bao Lam 3 commune was established on the basis of merging Loc Nam and Loc Thanh communes; has a natural area of 152.13 ^km2 , with 7,567 households living in 27 villages with 32,917 people; the proportion of ethnic minorities accounts for 32.12% (10,572 people).

The commune party committee has 46 affiliated party cells with 556 party members.

Comrade Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and other provincial leaders attended the Congress.

During the past term, the economy of Bao Lam 3 commune continued to develop, with average income per capita estimated at 59.6 million VND (reaching 131% of the target set by the Resolution) .

Agriculture develops in an organic and regionally linked direction, applying science and technology in production; average production value per unit area is 160 million VND/ha. 62 party members are admitted.

The National Target Program on New Rural Construction has been implemented synchronously and drastically, focusing on investment in building socio-economic infrastructure and developing production, with the consensus, response and active participation of the people and achieving many important results, contributing to improving people's lives.

Forest protection and development management work is focused on, directed resolutely and promptly. Cultural, informational and sports activities are always focused on and implemented in conjunction with the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", building and developing many advanced models and examples.

Representatives of all classes of people and children congratulate the Congress.

Party building and rectification work has achieved many positive results; national defense and security have been maintained; the people have absolute confidence in the Party's guidelines, lines and policies; and strictly comply with the State's laws.

At the Congress, delegates heard a report on the results of the preparatory session; a report on the verification of the qualifications of delegates attending the Congress; a political report presented to the Congress; and a review report of the Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Delegates voted to pass the Resolution of the Party Congress of the commune for the term 2025 - 2030.

Report summarizing opinions on draft documents: Bao Lam 3 Commune Party Congress, Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Party Congress. At the same time, delegates voted to approve the draft Congress resolution.

The congress set out 3 key tasks, 4 development breakthroughs, and 5 key projects. Specifically: Planning and building a modern commune administrative center; building street lights, sidewalks, and drainage systems in the commune center; inter-village roads connecting village 1 Loc Nam (old) and village 1 Loc Thanh (old); rural roads from Bao Lam 3 commune to Bao Lam 2 commune (route from village 5-7 of old Loc Thanh commune to Bao Lam 2 commune); rural roads from National Highway 55 to village 10 Loc Nam (old).

According to the previous appointment decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee of Bao Lam 3 commune consists of 19 comrades, the Party Committee Standing Committee consists of 6 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Dinh Binh holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune, term 2025 - 2030. Comrade Nguyen Thi Duyen and comrade Hong Viet Trung hold the position of Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee of the commune.
