Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hau Minh Loi approved the documents of the Party Congresses of Bach Dich, Thang Mo, and Yen Minh communes.

On the afternoon of August 4, the working delegation led by Comrade Hau Minh Loi, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the conference to review documents of the Party Congresses of the communes: Bach Dich, Thang Mo, Yen Minh, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the conference were comrades: Mai Duc Thong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, member of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television; Nguyen Viet Lam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Nguyen Van Loi, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee.

At the conference, delegates basically agreed and contributed comments to the draft political report of the 1st Party Congress of communes, term 2025 - 2030 such as: Breakthroughs need to clarify implementation solutions corresponding to each stage, with a roadmap, resources and specific assignments; continue to review and update regional planning, land use orientation, population arrangement, infrastructure development; the Congress theme needs to be concise, clearly focused, and demonstrate consistent goals; the drafting committee fully supplements data on Party building assessment work, results of annual classification of grassroots Party organizations and Party members; information on initial results of activities of local governments at 2 levels; clarify the reasons why some targets have not been achieved...

Concluding the conference, Mr. Hau Minh Loi, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, highly appreciated the proactive and serious spirit of the Party Committees of the communes in preparing for the Congress. He requested the communes to continue to complete focused and concise political reports; socio -economic development targets and goals need to closely follow local realities and have clear bases; clearly define the average income target per capita by 2030. In addition, identify and have specific solutions to preserve, promote, and maintain cultural identity, eliminate bad customs; care for social security, create jobs, and create added value for the people.

Regarding Party building work, we must pay more attention to solutions to effectively carry out inspection and supervision work. We must step up propaganda work before, during and after the Congress; the content of the welcoming decoration must be on schedule, practical and economical.
