At the same time, he assigned Project Management Board 2 - Ministry of Construction to direct the contractor to complete the design documents; coordinate with the People's Committee of Cho Moi district, the Department of Agriculture and Environment to complete the documents and procedures; ensure drainage, safety and limit impacts on the surrounding area.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to speed up the progress of site clearance and early compensation payment to people; in the process of implementation, if there are any difficulties or problems, they should promptly propose to the province for timely resolution.
