Mr. Ha Trung Kien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, acknowledged and commended the achievements that the Trade Union organization and the staff of workers and civil servants in the province have achieved in the past time. He suggested that Trade Unions at all levels continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, closely follow the political tasks of the province and localities, on the basis of functions and tasks according to the new model, specify the new relevant regulations to quickly put the Trade Union organization into stable and effective operation.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee requested the Provincial Labor Federation to continue to improve and consolidate its organization, in line with the implementation of the 2-level local government model. Focus on improving the quality of cadres, ensuring professionalism and efficiency in Trade Union activities. Strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, focus on the grassroots, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; identify this as a consistent and core goal in all activities, contributing to the overall development of the province.
