Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hai visited and presented gifts to families of meritorious people in Muong Khuong district.

CTTĐT - On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024), on July 16, Comrade Nguyen Trong Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and presented gifts to a number of families with meritorious services in Muong Khuong district.

Also attending were leaders of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, the Provincial Military Command and the People's Committee of Muong Khuong district.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Hai and the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Chau Duc Hung's family.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hai and the delegation visited and presented gifts to the families of Mr. Chau Duc Hung , born in 1957, 32% disabled, residing in Ban Lau commune and Mrs. Dao Thi Bac, born in 1925, mother of martyr Do Xuan Hoa, residing in Lung Vai commune (Martyr Do Xuan Hoa, born in 1955, enlisted in 1972, died on April 18, 1974 at the Southern front).

At the places he visited and presented gifts, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hai kindly asked about the situation, wished good health and hoped that the families of the meritorious people would continue to promote the revolutionary spirit, contributing to the cause of building Lao Cai in general and Muong Khuong in particular to develop more and more.

It is known that currently in Muong Khuong district, there are 920 meritorious people including: war invalids, sick soldiers, resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals, children of resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals, martyrs' pensions, meritorious people receiving one-time allowances./.
