The summary report of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism - the standing agency of the Movement Steering Committee, said that in 2023, all levels, sectors and localities have promoted the implementation of tasks, contents, standards and criteria for building the movement with 5 contents and 7 movements.

Through movements to build cultural families; cultural villages, residential groups, wards, and towns that meet urban civilized standards; cultural agencies, units, and enterprises that meet cultural standards, etc., there have been positive changes and transformations in people's thinking, awareness, lifestyle, and way of life, creating a healthy cultural environment, making people aware of obeying the law and valuing loyalty.
Up to now, the whole province has 236/241 communes, wards and towns that have established cultural and sports centers and have management boards and operating regulations according to regulations (nearly 98%). There are 104 communal cultural houses and 101 communal sports areas invested in construction, upgrading and repair. Nearly 384,000 households meet cultural standards, a rate of more than 90%...

After listening to the reports of a number of localities, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu said that in order to continue implementing and improving the quality of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in the coming time, it is necessary to focus on implementing Decision No. 1231 of the Provincial People's Committee on the Program to implement the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" for the period 2022 - 2026 associated with new rural construction. Promote the integration of the movement's contents with the 5 contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", the campaign "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", the movement "All people protect national security" ... and other patriotic emulation movements.
