The 500/220kV Nho Quan - Phu Ly - Thuong Tin transmission line project is a key project, playing a particularly important role in improving power transmission capacity, ensuring national energy security, and socio -economic development of the capital and the northern provinces.
In Phu Xuyen district, the project passes through Phuong Duc and Hong Minh communes. During the implementation process, most of the people cooperated in handing over the site, supporting the construction unit and there were only 14 cases of non-compliance, compensation and support requests that were not in accordance with the law. Specifically, Hong Minh commune had 11 cases and Phuong Duc commune had 3 cases.
Immediately after the local authorities publicly read the enforcement decision at the scene, the district authorities and working groups of the communes proceeded to dismantle the construction and obstacles, ensuring the safety of the wire pulling construction units.
In particular, in Phuong Duc commune, the locality had to enforce land recovery for the project from the households of Mr. Nguyen Trung Thinh and Ms. Doan Thi Huong.
Previously, the District Land Fund Development Center had fully implemented procedures, processes, and transparency related to compensation and support for project site clearance, but Mr. Thinh's family still made many recommendations, exceeding the authority of the local government.
Records at the scene show that the enforcement and construction protection process was carried out seriously, following the correct procedures, ensuring absolute safety for people and property. Thanks to good propaganda work done in advance, many households have changed their awareness, voluntarily cooperated with the authorities and investors, and no longer obstructive behavior.
Vice Chairman of Phu Xuyen District People's Committee Nguyen Trong Vinh said that during the implementation of the investment project to build the 500/220kV Nho Quan - Phu Ly - Thuong Tin line passing through Phuong Duc and Hong Minh communes, some households demanded compensation and support beyond regulations, causing difficulties for site clearance...
Although the investor and contractor have actively coordinated with local authorities to promote propaganda and mobilization, helping people understand the significance of the project to serve the goal of socio-economic development and ensure national energy security. Most people in the district agreed and handed over the site on schedule. However, the fact that some households deliberately did not cooperate forced the district to develop and organize a plan to enforce and protect the construction, in order to ensure the completion of the remaining items of the project on schedule.
According to Nguyen Van Hai, Deputy General Director of Song Da 11 Joint Stock Company, the project's construction unit, the project was started in 2018. The implementation process was interrupted many times due to problems in site clearance and planning, leading to slow progress, adjustments and extensions. By early 2025, the project was officially restarted.
Currently, the unit is focusing on human resources and material resources to complete the final anchoring compartments to ensure synchronous connection of the entire line from Nho Quan to Thuong Tin. This is a national key project, playing a particularly important role in ensuring the stability of the transmission grid in the three regions of North - Central - South, and must be completed and energized in 2025.
The 500/220kV Nho Quan - Phu Ly - Thuong Tin transmission line project is an urgent power transmission project, part of the national power development plan. The determination of the People's Committee of Phu Xuyen district in site clearance, enforcement organization, and construction protection demonstrates high political determination, while protecting the common interests of the community and the country.
