On the evening of May 23, Mr. Dang Hong Linh, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Yen province, led a delegation to organize a conference to promote tourism in Phu Yen province and combine it with a performance of tuna fillet in Long An province.
The conference held in Tan An City, Long An had the participation of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Long An province, tourism associations of Phu Yen, Long An, Tay Ninh provinces and nearly a hundred delegates from tourism and travel companies in the above localities.
In addition to a general introduction to Phu Yen province with its unique landscapes from the forest to the sea, types of tourism, accommodation... the Phu Yen delegation also brought to the conference a 55kg tuna that fishermen had just brought ashore this morning.
The artist demonstrated tuna fillet as a dish for the delegates to enjoy, to introduce the specialty "rich in Phu Yen".

Previously, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Long An province also held a conference to review the year 2024 of the work of preserving, embellishing and promoting the value of historical and cultural relics associated with tourism development in the province.
In 2024, Long An welcomed more than 2 million visitors, double the same period, up 54% compared to the plan.
Of which, 340,000 visitors came to visit and participate in festivals at historical and cultural sites. Particularly, museums and historical and cultural sites managed by the department welcomed about 247 groups with more than 31,200 visitors.
The total number of students going on field trips to historical and cultural sites in the province was 106,912 students.
