Binh Duc Ward trains on how to perform administrative procedures online

On the afternoon of August 6, the People's Committee of Binh Duc Ward (An Giang Province) organized a training course on how to carry out online administrative procedures for ward party cell secretaries, ward heads and youth unions in the ward.

At the training session, the ward's professional staff directly guided the process of performing administrative procedures on the Online Public Service Portal; guided on filling out declarations and submitting documents online for the following procedures: Confirming marital status, issuing copies of birth certificates and social pension benefits for people aged 70 and 75. In addition, answering questions and practicing operations directly on electronic devices, contributing to improving skills in applying information technology in performing administrative procedures.

Through training, it helps the team of ward officials and youth union members master the process of implementing online public services. This is the core force in propagating and supporting people to carry out administrative procedures in the digital environment, contributing to building a modern, friendly and effective administration.
