Education 4.0 is not only a trend but also an inevitable revolution, helping to personalize learning, breaking the limits of space and time, the necessity of education 4.0 comes from the urgent needs of the technology era. In order to keep up with the trend of technological development, meet the training requirements in the new era and implement the Government's digital transformation policy; recently, in Binh Kien ward, Dak Lak province, schools have been making strong strides in applying information technology to management and teaching, towards a modern, convenient and effective learning environment.

According to records, currently in Binh Kien ward, 06/06 schools have initially applied digital technology in teaching, through specific activities such as:

• Use software to manage students, scores, timetables, and digital transcripts;
• Apply online learning platforms during and outside of class hours;
• Digitizing teaching materials and electronic lectures helps teachers be more flexible in imparting knowledge;
• Organize meetings and professional exchanges via online platforms; Enhance interaction between schools and parents through technology applications.

Instead of traditional paper documents, schools in Binh Kien Ward have switched to using online software, helping school staff, parents and students easily look up and update information anytime, anywhere. Parents can easily grasp the learning situation and activities of their children, thereby strengthening the connection between family and school. Information about school year plans, monthly plans, majors, teams, timetables, announcements... are all digitized by QR codes.

Teachers at schools in Binh Kien Ward have also proactively designed electronic lectures to increase liveliness, help students absorb lectures easily, improve the quality of teaching, and at the same time apply online learning platforms to help students proactively learn anytime, anywhere through the network environment.

This summer, teachers from the schools participated in training courses on AI technology applied to teaching organized by Vietnam Digital Transformation Joint Stock Company and workshops on the Temis system for the education sector.

Ms. Ta Thi Tham - Vice Principal of Nguyen Huu Tho Secondary School said: The application of information technology in schools does not stop at designing electronic lectures but also extends to learning management, online assessment and connecting the school with parents and students through digital platforms. The school has software for score management; teacher management; all teachers design electronic lectures, present them on TV, all classrooms have TVs. In the 2025-2026 school year, the school will deploy digital report cards in all 4 grades 6, 7, 8, 9.

With the first promising steps, the education sector of Binh Kien Ward is showing the determination of the management staff, teachers and the consensus of all parents and students in the digital transformation process. Although there are still many difficulties in terms of infrastructure, equipment and digital skills, with great efforts and determination, the education sector of Binh Kien Ward has been applying 4.0 education to build a "Smart School" model, contributing to improving the quality of education, meeting the requirements of sustainable development in the new period and actively contributing to the local human resource development career.
