Due to the flood water on the Cau River rising and overflowing the dike, since the night of October 7, the neighborhoods of Qua Cam, Duong Xa 1, and Van Phuc have been flooded from 0.5 to 2.0 meters. In response to the flood, the Ward Civil Defense Command has mobilized about 1,000 people from the shock force 1, shock force 2, police, and security and order protection teams in the neighborhoods to support people in evacuating their property and moving the elderly and children to safe places.

The security force of Qua Cam neighborhood assisted people in moving their belongings to a safe place.

By 7:00 a.m. on October 8, the entire ward had completed the evacuation of people's property and evacuated a total of 287 households and nearly 1,500 people from the neighborhoods of Qua Cam, Duong Xa 1, and Van Phuc to safe shelters.

Kinh Bac Ward Police supported the relocation of assets at the cultural house of Qua Cam neighborhood.

Along with evacuating people to safety, the Ward Civil Defense Command supported a total of 10 gifts, worth 500,000 VND/gift, including necessities and food for disadvantaged households and single-parent households.

People do not stay in flood areas to ensure safety.

To ensure the safety of people in flooded areas, the Ward Civil Defense Command has requested Bac Ninh Electricity Company to cut off electricity; directed the police force to regularly patrol and protect people's property, and asked people not to stay at home to look after their property.
