(QNO) - At Long Tho Pagoda (An Hoi Block), the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Minh An Ward Police recently held a conference to promote the movement of All People Protecting National Security in conjunction with the campaign "All people unite to build civilized urban areas" and other movements among religious people in 2023.

At the conference, Buddhist monks and nuns listened to the ward police leaders inform about the political security situation, social order and safety in general and in the ward in particular; deploy a number of tasks and measures to prevent crime, prevent violations of the law among young people; ensure fire safety and restore business order and urban beauty.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward also organized propaganda on the Law on Environmental Protection 2020, consolidating and replicating the 3R model - recycling diverse cleaning solutions from kitchen waste in religious establishments and Buddhists in the ward.

Thereby, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and the Board of Directors of Long Tho Pagoda have mobilized Buddhist monks and nuns to continue to commit to participating in the 3R model to contribute to maintaining environmental hygiene in the family and around the living area.
