At the above-mentioned local health stations, the medical team from Thang Binh District Medical Center performed general health check-ups, general ultrasounds, blood sugar tests, urine tests, and electrocardiograms (ECGs) for the elderly.

Through screening, many cases of common diseases in the elderly such as high blood pressure, blood sugar disorders, fatty liver, kidney stones... and common diseases such as osteoarthritis, back pain, knee pain, varicose veins of the lower extremities were detected.

For cases requiring treatment, the doctor will prescribe or dispense medication on the spot. The doctor will also provide specific instructions on how to self-monitor your health at home, especially for people with underlying or chronic diseases.
