Dong Giang women compete in propaganda against human trafficking

The contest has 10 teams from the Women's Union of 10 communes and towns (except Tu commune), each team has 7-10 contestants.

Candidates are members of community communication teams, propagandists, outstanding members... in particularly disadvantaged communes and villages implementing the project "Implementing gender equality and solving urgent issues for women and children" (Project 8) of the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas, 2021 - 2030 period.

The teams went through 3 rounds: greeting, knowledge, and situation handling skills. The contest is a useful playground, creating opportunities for cadres and women's union members to learn and share experiences in communication methods, mobilizing people to raise their vigilance, actively prevent and fight against human trafficking and child abuse.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Women's Union team of Ba commune; 2 second prizes to the Women's Union of A Rooi and A Ting communes; 3 third prizes to the Women's Unions of Song Kon, Jo Ngay communes and Prao town.
