View of the Dialogue Conference
In the past time, with the spirit of "running and lining up at the same time", the Party Committee and the government of Tuong Mai ward have focused on leading and directing the synchronous implementation of socio-economic development tasks, Party building and political system, ensuring national defense and security, and maintaining the goal of balancing the ward budget in 2025.
Social security policies and regimes for people with meritorious services and social protection beneficiaries are implemented promptly, to the right subjects, and in accordance with regulations.
Education and training work continues to receive attention, the scale of education and the network of schools are consolidated with 29 schools (21 public schools, 8 non-public schools), 754 classes, 56 private kindergartens, 26,367 students, affirming the role of an area with a developed school system.
Urban planning and construction order management work has been carried out in accordance with authority; urban order, traffic safety and environmental sanitation have had positive changes; many campaigns have been organized to inspect and handle violations, contributing to creating a more spacious and clean urban appearance.

During the dialogue, delegates and people acknowledged the results and positive changes of the ward, and at the same time frankly pointed out the existing problems and limitations arising in daily life in urban order, environmental sanitation...
Mr. Hoang Quoc Huy, Residential Group No. 14, 15 - Minh Khai, suggested that the ward pay attention to taking advantage of opportunities after adjusting administrative boundaries to develop the economy in the direction of services and trade, including e-commerce services, and at the same time have appropriate management solutions for this type of business, both creating conditions for development and ensuring order and discipline.
Mr. Duong Van Chuong, Residential Group No. 1, Phuong Liet, requested the ward to develop a specific plan, strengthen propaganda, inspection, and guide people to strictly implement regulations on fire prevention and fighting.
In addition, delegates also contributed many ideas on improving the quality of Party cell activities, promoting the exemplary role of Party members at the grassroots level; removing difficulties in deploying software, applying information technology, supporting the elderly in accessing digital transformation, ensuring suitability with the actual conditions of residential areas.
On behalf of the Ward People's Committee, Comrade Dao Thi Thu Hang, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuong Mai Ward, directly answered, discussed and clarified each group of issues raised by delegates at the conference, and at the same time accepted legitimate recommendations to supplement the programs and work plans for the coming time, from strengthening inspection and handling of violations of urban order, replicating the environmental self-management model to reviewing and updating fire prevention and fighting plans in residential areas, high-rise buildings, old collective areas, as well as researching management solutions, supporting the development of services and trade associated with e-commerce in accordance with legal regulations.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Vo Xuan Trong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Tuong Mai Ward, highly appreciated the frank and constructive spirit of the delegates and the people, affirming that the opinions at the conference are an important source of information for the Party Committee and the government to review and adjust leadership and direction methods.
He requested the Ward People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations to urgently classify, absorb, develop plans and roadmaps to specifically resolve each group of petitions, clearly define the responsibilities of each department and unit, and ensure that the content committed to the people must be implemented to the end.
He also emphasized that dialogue with the people will continue to be maintained regularly and substantially, linked with inspection, supervision and reporting of results to strengthen trust and promote people's mastery.
