Immediately after the storm passed, PJICO Binh Dinh proactively contacted other customers to visit and encourage; at the same time, grasped information about the damage caused by the storm. According to Mr. Nguyen Huong Nam, Director of PJICO Binh Dinh, the damage caused by storm No. 13 was beyond the imagination of the Company and its insured customers. In total, more than 100 cars and 50 large-scale factories of customers were damaged to varying degrees. Notably, many enterprises operating in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone had factories that were severely damaged, especially HD Nhon Hoi Joint Stock Company, which specializes in manufacturing wooden furniture, had many rows of houses with their corrugated iron roofs blown away by the wind; pillars and rafters were also bent and twisted by the storm, with total estimated damage of over 20 billion VND.

Showing high responsibility to customers, PJICO Binh Dinh has quickly deployed the work of assessing the extent of damage as a basis for paying insurance money to customers. In addition, Petrolimex Insurance Corporation has also provided PJICO Binh Dinh with more assessors to participate in assessing the damage and making insurance payments as soon as possible.

Thanks to that, all vehicles damaged by the storm were brought to auto garages in the province for repair, of which 60 vehicles have been shipped. In addition, 45/50 damaged factories of enterprises have also been appraised. Currently, customers are implementing damage repair and providing PJICO Binh Dinh with documents related to factory repairs, as a basis for correct and full payment according to the signed insurance contract.

Previously, on the morning of November 13, 2025, on the occasion of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspecting the damage and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 13 in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Mr. Nguyen Huong Nam, Director of PJICO Binh Dinh reported to the Prime Minister on participating in the work of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 13; focusing on resolving compensation quickly, with simple procedures, not keeping customers waiting. In addition, the Company also donated 30 million VND to support the province in overcoming the consequences of the storm.

In addition, PJICO Binh Dinh also advises and supports customers to strengthen management and risk management, limiting the possibility of loss and damage. Particularly for HD Nhon Hoi Company, PJICO Binh Dinh has given the company an advance of 5 billion VND to help customers quickly overcome the consequences of storm No. 13.
