On December 12, 2024, at Dung Quat Oil Refinery (Dung Quat Oil Refinery), Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) held a conference to summarize occupational safety and health work in 2024. At the event, with the participation of 07 partners and other units, PTSC Quang Ngai Company was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit for its outstanding achievements contributing to the overall success of BSR in occupational safety and health management with the result of more than 49 million safe working hours in 2024.
The conference was attended and directed by Mr. Cao Tuan Si - Factory Director, along with Heads/Deputy Heads of BSR functional departments; on behalf of PTSC Quang Ngai, there was Mr. Ngo Tan Quang - Deputy Director of the Company, along with the Maintenance and Repair Project Management Board and the officer in charge of ATSKMT. The conference also welcomed representatives of local authorities, including the Economic Security Department, the Target Protection Police Force, the Fire Prevention and Fighting & Rescue Team of Region 2 and Dung Quat Border Guard Station.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Cao Tuan Si - Director of Dung Quat Refinery, along with BSR leaders, highly appreciated the role and important contributions of PTSC Quang Ngai in ensuring safety, health, and environment during the operation of the plant. Specifically, during the 5th general maintenance at Dung Quat Refinery, although more than 4,000 domestic and foreign personnel were mobilized, with the experience accumulated through the previous 4 general maintenance periods, along with a high awareness of the role of ATSKMT in the success of the Projects, PTSC Quang Ngai has planned to mobilize and implement systematic safety training, ensuring that all personnel master the process and strictly comply with ATSKMT standards throughout the implementation of work at the Plant. Control and patrol work is carried out continuously by PTSC Quang Ngai, combined with proactive risk identification to ensure maximum safety for workers and work quality.
Mr. Ngo Tan Quang - Deputy Director of PTSC Quang Ngai reaffirmed the strong commitment to the Investor BSR in continuously improving the effectiveness of ATSKMT work and emphasized: "The Company's leaders are committed to creating all favorable conditions for the Management Board of Maintenance and Repair Orders to successfully complete the task of Security - Safety management at all orders in Dung Quat Refinery, and at the same time closely coordinate with BSR to maintain the system and maintain the excellent achievements in ATSKMT management that BSR has achieved over the past many years".

With a total score of 93, the unit is honored to be ranked highest among regular maintenance service partners.
