At the event, which mainly attracted young Vietnamese people, attendees enjoyed a fusion of Swedish delicacies called “Mellanmål” and their Vietnamese counterparts commonly known as “afternoon snacks”. Both “Mellanmål” and “Afternoon Snacks” refer to light meals enjoyed between main courses, usually in the afternoon or midday. These delicious snacks provide nutrition and help maintain concentration throughout the day.

While the specifics may differ, both concepts emphasize the importance of taking breaks and enjoying light meals throughout the day.
