At the invitation of Prime Minister of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria Sifi Ghrieb, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh and his wife and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation paid an official visit to Algeria from November 18 to 20, 2025.
This is the first visit by a Vietnamese Prime Minister to Algeria in 10 years, since the visit of Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung in 2015.
This visit contributes to strengthening political trust and further deepening the friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Algeria in particular and the Middle East and Africa in general./.
