The movement of the entire people to protect the security of the Fatherland in the district has developed strongly in both breadth and depth with practical effectiveness. There are currently 32 models of the movement of the entire people to protect the security of the Fatherland in operation in the district, of which 27 model profiles are maintained. In 2023, 5 new model profiles were built, 6 models were summarized; a number of typical models have been built such as: Model of "Linking to ensure security and order between the 3 wards of So Dau, Hung Vuong, Quan Toan and ports in Hong Bang district". Through the effectiveness of the work of building the movement of the entire people to protect the security of the Fatherland, the people have proactively provided the District Police force with 469 pieces of information on security and order, of which 183 pieces of valuable information helped the police investigate and detect crimes, effectively serving professional work.

In 2024, the District Steering Committee 799 will strengthen the organization of propaganda, dissemination andeducation activities on security and order laws and build a mass movement to protect national security in wards, agencies, enterprises and schools. Maintain preliminary and final summaries, consolidate and replicate advanced models and typical examples in the mass movement to protect national security, the effectiveness of models in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level, especially implementing models: Fire prevention and fighting, security cameras, ensuring security and order in agencies, enterprises and educational institutions. Promote the construction of residential areas, wards, agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions that meet the standards of "Safety in security and order". Organize training courses to improve capacity, provide uniforms, support tools, and other conditions for the police force and forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.
