In 2024, the Trade Union of Workshop 467 (Logistics and Engineering Department of Military Region 4) seriously implemented the resolutions and directives of the Party Committee and the Trade Union at higher levels; concretized them into annual and monthly resolutions and effectively implemented many action programs. Propaganda and training on the Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene, Fire Prevention and Fighting, and Machine Operation Rules were fully organized in both theory and practice.

The Union also advises the Party Committee and Board of Directors to invest in equipment, labor protection, improve the environment and working conditions for union members and workers such as upgrading warehouse systems, factories, electrical systems, lightning protection, lighting, ventilation, adding fire protection equipment, labor protection tools, etc.

The emulation campaign for Workers' Month and response to the "Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene" in 2025 with the theme "Vietnamese Workers Pioneer Entering a New Era"; and response to the month of occupational safety and hygiene "Strengthening the assessment and identification of hazards and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace" takes place from May 1 to 31.

After the launching ceremony, the Union of Factory 467 organized a fire prevention and fighting demonstration to help staff and workers improve their skills in handling emergency situations. Afterwards, union members participated in a Pickleball competition, creating an exciting and united atmosphere.
