In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Warehouse 569 led the unit to perform well the tasks of receiving, managing, and distributing technical equipment and logistics materials to agencies and units for training, combat readiness, drills, disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, and other emergency tasks.

The work of ensuring technical supplies is deployed promptly, in accordance with procedures and types, contributing to maintaining the technical coefficient of weapons and technical equipment, effectively serving the tasks of units in the Corps.

Colonel Nguyen Xuan Hien, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Logistics and Engineering Department, Army Corps 12, delivered a speech directing the congress.

The application of information technology and initiatives to improve teaching aids have received attention and brought about practical results. During the term, Warehouse 569 has had dozens of initiatives applied in practice, contributing to improving the quality of preservation, repair, and ensuring the safety of the warehouse.

The Party Committee of Warehouse 569 also pays special attention to the work of building a disciplined system, enforcing discipline and ensuring absolute safety for people, weapons, technical equipment and warehouses in all conditions. Fire prevention and fighting, labor safety and hygiene, and environmental protection are carried out seriously and effectively.

In the 2025-2030 term, to continue improving the quality of political task implementation, building a clean and strong Party organization in all aspects, the Party Committee of Warehouse 569 determined to continue strengthening the comprehensive leadership of the Party; promoting the combined strength, building a regular, strong and comprehensive warehouse that is a "typical model"; excellently completing the tasks of receiving, managing, preserving, and distributing technical supplies, contributing to building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and gradually modern Army Corps.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Nguyen Xuan Hien acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding achievements of the Party Committee of Warehouse 569 in recent years; commended the efforts of the staff, employees and soldiers of the unit in performing their tasks.

The Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Logistics and Engineering Department, Corps 12 requested that the Party Committee of Warehouse 569 continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, lead the unit to fully complete the goals and targets set by the congress resolution; strengthen research and application of scientific and technical advances in the work of preserving, repairing, and extending the life of technical equipment. Encourage technical officers and employees to promote initiatives, improve techniques, and improve the efficiency of management and exploitation of materials.

Colonel Nguyen Xuan Hien suggested that Warehouse 569 should focus on promoting digital transformation and applying software in management to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and limit errors; strictly maintain discipline and work order, and properly implement working regulations, technical processes, and safety rules. Strengthen inspection, detection, and decisive handling of potential factors that pose risks to the safety of warehouses, workshops, etc.
