The political report and speeches at the congress assessed: During the past term, the Party Committee of Air Force Regiment 930 led the unit to successfully complete the assigned tasks, especially combat readiness; flight training, ensuring flight safety; the discipline of building discipline and management has had many solid changes.

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Quoc Vuong, Deputy Commander of Air Division 372, gave a speech directing the congress.

The leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees at all levels were consolidated and improved. Logistics and technical work promptly responded to tasks; Party and political work activities maintained principles and closely followed the tasks of the Regiment.

The Congress focused on discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the Central Committee to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, contributing to the draft Political Report of the Party Executive Committee of Air Force Division 372 to be submitted to the Congress of Delegates of Air Force Division 372 for the 2025-2030 term; Political Report, review report, evaluation of leadership results for the 2020-2025 term of the Regiment Party Committee; at the same time, setting out directions, goals, tasks, and leadership solutions to implement tasks for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Air Force Regiment 930 will focus on leading the improvement of qualifications and combat readiness capabilities, avoiding being passive and surprised in all situations; promoting the application of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and military administrative reform in the Regiment; improving the quality of combat training, focusing on flight training, ensuring flight safety; strengthening the work of building regulations, managing law enforcement, discipline and ensuring safety in all activities; promoting the cultural values ​​of Uncle Ho's soldiers, "Excellent Air Defense - Air Force soldiers" in the new era.
