Chinese enterprises seek investment opportunities in Ba Ria-Vung Tau

On the afternoon of May 19, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board received a delegation of Chinese enterprises coming to survey and seek investment opportunities in Ba Ria-Vung Tau in the fields of industrial gas production, semiconductors, construction, and high-tech mechanics.

Chinese enterprises are interested in issues such as industries the province attracts investment in; electricity sources; land rental prices; high-quality labor resources, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Vo Thanh Phong, Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, said that many industries that the Chinese business delegation was interested in were in line with Ba Ria-Vung Tau’s investment attraction orientation, especially raw materials and fuels for the semiconductor sector. Along with that were projects to produce green materials, renewable energy, and environmental protection.

Ba Ria-Vung Tau province also has potential in natural resources and technical infrastructure and is committed to providing maximum support to enterprises and investors with sufficient prestige and capacity to invest in high-tech projects, creating momentum for sustainable socio -economic development for the locality.
