Summary of 1 year of implementing the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Provincial Farmers' Association and Felix Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company

After 1 year of implementation, the coordination between the two units has been synchronous, with regular meetings to discuss and develop implementation solutions at each time, suitable to the actual situation.

In 2024, the Provincial Farmers' Association coordinated with Felix Company to organize 21 training courses, combining both online and in-person formats, attracting more than 700 Association officials, collaborators, members, businesses and cooperative representatives to attend.

Training content includes: Overview and laws on e-commerce, introduction to B2B platform (Felix.store), instructions on creating accounts, booths, sharing products via social networks, delivery skills, goods distribution, business administration, affiliate marketing and trading practice on the platform.

In early 2025, the Association continued to organize an online training course with the participation of 200 Association officials from the province to the grassroots, focusing on instructing skills in creating accounts and setting up booths. As of May 18, 2025, the whole province had 45,646 accounts created, 31 agricultural booths with 116 products put on the floor, total transaction turnover reached 250 million VND.

Looking forward, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association Vo Van Chien said that the Association at all levels will continue to focus on directing the creation of accounts, building booths and putting products on the market in accordance with the spirit of the plan and the annual Association work resolution targets.

Coordinate to speed up the progress of creating booths to put products on the floor, striving to achieve the target of having at least 2 booths in each commune. Continue to create accounts according to the target for 2025.

The Provincial Farmers' Association requested Felix Company to provide solutions: Traceability, Electronic Contracts and Secured Online Payments to help farmer members effectively carry out transactions of promising to buy and sell agricultural products before harvest to ensure output for agricultural products.

Create conditions for members and businesses to participate in trade promotion activities between provinces and cities nationwide and international buyers to help boost the consumption of OCOP products, deeply processed products, and innovative products.
