Ngo Quyen District completed land acquisition for the Flower Garden construction project in An Da Temple area, Dang Giang ward.

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – To ensure the site clearance for the Flower Garden Construction Project in the An Da Temple area, Dang Giang Ward, on the morning of August 14, the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District organized the forced recovery of land from the People's Committee of Dang Giang Ward, which is currently being used by 05 households.

In the past time, the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District has focused on propagating and mobilizing organizations and households whose land was recovered to comply with the handover of the site for project implementation. As of August 12, 2024, the site clearance for 02/02 organizations and 14/19 households has been completed; 05/19 households are using the land of the People's Committee of Dang Giang Ward but have not yet complied with the handover of the site. The People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District has fully implemented the procedures, records, and reports to the City People's Committee to organize the compulsory land recovery in accordance with legal regulations. The enforcement process took place in accordance with the prescribed procedures, ensuring security, order, and absolute safety in the area, with no subjects opposing the people performing official duties.

Immediately after completion, Ngo Quyen District People's Committee handed over the project to the investor to manage and organize construction according to plan.

The project to build a flower garden in the An Da Temple area, Dang Giang Ward, Ngo Quyen District was approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 1966/QD-UBND dated July 10, 2023, the land area to be cleared is 7,077m2 corresponding to 02 organizations and 19 households. The project's goal is to renovate and upgrade the central urban area, create landscapes and social welfare works of cultural value; improve the status of vacant land and ineffective land use, contributing to improving the urban green tree index to serve the spiritual life of people in the inner city area. The project contributes to the modernization of Hai Phong urban area in a green and civilized direction, completing the criteria of a type 1 urban area./.
