Attending the program were Mr. Dien Khoi Nho, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam; Mr. Hoang Hoa Hien, First Secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam; Mr. Ly Tan Kiet, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Ha Bac province; Mr. Truong Duc Son, Director of the Chinese Cultural Center in Hanoi and Mr. Le Ba Phong, Vice Principal of the School of Foreign Languages and Tourism (Hanoi University of Industry).
Speaking at the program, Mr. Ly Tan Kiet, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Hebei Province, said: Hebei is the only province in China that has all types of terrain such as coastline, plains, lakes, mountains and plateaus. This is also the locality that owns 2 world geoparks, 12 national 5A-level tourist areas, more than 60 national forest parks and nature reserves, known as "a miniature of Chinese geomorphology".

Under the guidance of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and provincial government, the locality has proactively taken advantage of strategic opportunities such as the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the construction of the Xiong'an New Area, thereby strongly promoting the process of building Hebei into a strong province in culture and tourism through many innovative policies.
In 2024, Hebei will welcome 937 million tourists with the slogan "So close - So beautiful - Come to Hebei for the weekend" spreading widely.

2025 marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations and is also the Vietnam-China Cultural Exchange Year. On this occasion, Hebei Province wishes to promote extensive cultural and tourism exchanges with Vietnam.
Mr. Ly Tan Kiet expressed his hope that through the program "Yen Trieu Silk Melody - Vietnam-China Harmony", the two sides will establish a comprehensive, long-term and effective cooperation mechanism in areas such as tourist exchange, tourism development, project investment, art creation as well as building new forms of culture and tourism.
The leaders of Ha Bac province also sent a sincere invitation to Vietnamese businesses to survey and seek opportunities for cooperation and investment in culture and tourism in the locality.

Sharing at the exchange, Mr. Truong Duc Son, Director of the Chinese Cultural Center in Hanoi affirmed: In recent years, the substantive cooperation between Vietnam and China has been continuously expanded, in which cultural and tourism exchanges have become bright spots, contributing to enhancing mutual understanding. The two countries are not only attractive destinations but also important sources of visitors to each other.

Mr. Truong Duc Son emphasized: The visit and working session of the delegation of Ha Bac province in Hanoi this time not only contributes to fostering friendship and deepening the relationship between Ha Bac and Vietnam but is also an opportunity to promote substantive cooperation, seek new development momentum, and work together towards companionship in an open cultural and tourism space.

Within the framework of the program, the organizing committee introduced an overview of the unique cultural and tourism resources of Ha Bac province and announced the establishment of the Ha Bac Provincial Culture-Tourism Promotion Center in Vietnam.

Hebei Province (China) has a rich cultural history, owning 4 world cultural heritages, 8 representative intangible cultural heritages of humanity, 291 national key cultural relics and 163 national intangible cultural heritages.
