Quang Nam awarded the title of "Typical Commune, Ward, and Town" in 2024 to 10 localities

Accordingly, 10 localities were awarded this title by the Provincial People's Committee, including: Cam Chau Ward (Hoi An City), Huong An Town (Que Son District), Trung Phuoc Town (Que Son District), Tien Phong Commune (Tien Phuoc District), Binh Dao Commune (Thang Binh District), Dai Thanh Commune (Dai Loc District), Nui Thanh Town (Nui Thanh District), Dien Phuoc Commune (Dien Ban Town), Phuoc Nang Commune (Phuoc Son District), An Xuan Ward (Tam Ky City).

According to Decree No. 86 dated December 7, 2023 of the Government, there are 5 criteria to evaluate "Typical communes, wards and towns" including: Well performing assigned socio -economic, national defense, security, social order and safety tasks; stable and gradually developing economic life; healthy and rich cultural and spiritual life; safe and friendly environment, clean and beautiful landscape; good compliance with the Party's policies and the State's laws.
