Quang Ninh: Implementing a concentrated promotion program from June 14 to July 14

Pursuant to Decision No. 1635/QD-BCT dated June 5, 2025 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on organizing the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2025", the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ninh province has developed a Plan to implement the program throughout the province to stimulate consumption, promote production, business and promote Vietnamese goods to consumers.

The program takes place from June 14 to July 14, 2025, applicable to all merchants conducting promotional activities in Quang Ninh according to current regulations. The maximum promotional level for goods and services is up to 100% of the value, according to Decree 81/2018/ND-CP of the Government.

The Department of Industry and Trade is in charge of organizing and coordinating with departments, branches, localities and enterprises to implement promotional activities, support administrative procedures, strengthen inspection, supervision, handle violations, and promote communication about the program through online and traditional channels. Traders and enterprises in the province are encouraged to actively participate to create a spreading effect, contributing to the development of the domestic market and local economy .

“Vietnam Grand Sale 2025” is an important opportunity for businesses to promote product consumption, enhance brand promotion, and at the same time create a vibrant shopping atmosphere, attract tourists , contribute to economic growth and develop the domestic market of Quang Ninh province.

The objective of the Program is to organize synchronous promotional activities across the province, combining traditional trade and e-commerce to create a strong spread, attracting the participation of a large number of businesses. Through the program, consumers have the opportunity to access quality products and services at preferential prices; at the same time, promote domestic consumption; strongly respond to the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; connect to consume other products such as fairs, displays, product introductions and traditional festivals in the locality to promote products, and attract tourists, contributing to the economic development of the province.
