The National Assembly will question and answer questions in 4 groups of fields.

Accordingly, the National Assembly will question the first group of issues in the field of natural resources and environment: Management, exploitation and protection of national marine resources; implementation of policies and laws on water security; solutions to prevent and combat drought, saltwater intrusion, shortage, decline and pollution of water resources; solutions to research, explore, exploit and use mineral resources as construction materials and rare resources and minerals.

The person answering the questions was Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Dang Quoc Khanh. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, Ministers of Planning and Investment, Finance, Agriculture and Rural Development, Construction, and Transport also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.

The second group of issues in the field of industry and trade: Management, supervision, and protection of consumer rights in e-commerce activities; solutions to boost export activities, promote the implementation of FTAs, and remove difficulties for businesses in the context of the world situation continuing to fluctuate in a complex and unpredictable manner; implementation of policies and laws to develop supporting industries and mechanical industries, especially in serving the processing of agricultural, forestry, and aquatic products, and developing agriculture and rural areas.

The person answering the questions was Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha; Ministers of Planning and Investment, Finance, Agriculture and Rural Development, Science and Technology, Information and Communications, and Foreign Affairs also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.

The third group of issues in the field of auditing: Responsibilities and solutions to overcome the situation of enterprises and projects being audited but still having violations; implementation of conclusions and recommendations of the State Audit; work to prevent and combat corruption and negativity in state auditing activities; solutions to overcome the overlapping situation in inspection and auditing work.

The person answering the questions was State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan. The Ministers of Planning and Investment, Finance, Public Security; and the Government Inspector General also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.

The fourth group of issues is in the field of culture, sports and tourism: Selection, training and policies for athletes and artists in the arts; job creation for athletes and artists after the peak competition and performance period; implementation of tasks and solutions to stimulate and restore tourism in 2024 and the following years; solutions to develop night tourism products; specific policies to attract investment in cultural, sports and tourism activities in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

The person answering the questions was Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, Ministers of Planning and Investment, Finance, Transport, Education and Training, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs; Minister and Chairman of the Ethnic Committee also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.

At the end of the question-and-answer session, the Prime Minister (or authorized Deputy Prime Minister) will clarify relevant issues and answer questions from National Assembly deputies.
