Regulations on support for removing temporary and dilapidated houses from the provincial budget

Accordingly, the Resolution has stipulated the level of support from the provincial budget to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province in 2025 (in addition to the support levels according to current regulations), specifically:

Support of 20 million VND/household when building new houses; 10 million VND/household when repairing houses for households of people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs according to Decision No. 21/2024/QD-TTg dated November 22, 2024 of the Prime Minister on the level of support for building new houses, or renovating and repairing houses for people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs and the rate of allocation of support capital from the central budget, the rate of counterpart support capital from local budget sources for the period 2023 - 2025.

Support 36 million VND/household when building new houses for poor ethnic minority households; poor Kinh households living in extremely difficult communes and extremely difficult villages in ethnic minority and mountainous areas according to Decision No. 1719/QD-TTg dated October 14, 2021 of the Prime Minister approving the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 period, Phase I from 2021 to 2025.

Support 28.5 million VND/household when building new houses; 4.25 million VND/household when repairing houses for poor and near-poor households according to Decision No. 90/QD-TTg dated January 18, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021 - 2025.

Support 20 million VND/household when building new houses for poor households, near-poor households with temporary houses, dilapidated houses that need to be rebuilt.
